Debbie Hemsworth
Meet Debbie Hemsworth, an invaluable member of the Kumler Collision family for 23 years! While many know Debbie as our friendly receptionist, her role extends far beyond the front desk. When she's not at work, Debbie's heart is on her first-generation farm, Faithful Farms Miniature Herefords LLC, where she raises and sells miniature Herefords. An active member of Living Word Church in Junction City, Debbie also finds joy in cooking and serving a giant community meal there once a month. We're so fortunate to have Debbie; her dedication and kindness make a world of difference every single day. Thank you, Debbie!

Keith Kumler
We're incredibly proud to introduce you to the man at the helm of Kumler Collision and Kumler Automotive: our owner, Keith Kumler! Keith's journey with us began in 1997 as a technician, fresh out of Eastern Michigan University where he attended on a track scholarship. His dedication and passion for the industry led him to further his expertise, becoming a graduate of the Automotive Management Institute and a Certified Estimator. Before taking the reins as owner in 2022, Keith gained invaluable experience working his way through nearly every facet of the business. Outside of work, Keith has a wonderful family that includes his wife, Kate, and their three kids. He's also a long-time member of the Tree Church family.

Stevi Gruber
Meet Stevi Gruber. She’s a loving wife to her husband, CJ, a mom of three, sporty kids and Kumler's United Way campaign coordinator. Whenever she’s not providing top-notch customer service at Kumler Collision, Stevi spends her time hunting, caring for her chickens and turkeys as well as coaching her kids’ sports teams. If you want to make her day, surprise her with a pizza from Pizza Cottage or ask her about training for the Olympics; it’s a pretty impressive story. Thank you, Stevi, for being a hardworking and dedicated employee for the last eight years!

Jeff Slagell
Meet Jeff Slagell, our incredible Estimator who has dedicated over 30 years to Kumler Collision! Jeff's calm and patient approach, combined with his light-hearted humor and optimistic spirit, makes him an invaluable asset to our team. His automotive roots run deep, beginning with a high school job in a body shop where he painted his very first car. Though he initially considered an engineering degree, we are immensely fortunate that he joined Kumler Collision as an apprentice in 1983. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys building, architecture, watercolor painting and staying involved with Pleasant Chapel Church of God. We extend our sincere gratitude to Jeff for his extensive expertise and the wonderful personality he brings to Kumler Collision every single day.

Beyond his expertise at work, Jeff is deeply woven into the fabric of our community. He's very active with Kiwanis, contributes his time to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and enjoys a friendly game in his church golf league. When he's not at the shop or giving back, Jeff and his wife Penny look forward to their annual tradition of spending a couple of weeks in California with their daughter and her family. Thank you, Jeff, for over three decades of amazing contributions!

Lori Daubenmire
We're excited to introduce Lori Daubenmire, one of the newest additions to our Kumler Collision family, who joined us as our dedicated accountant in February this year! Outside of balancing our books, Lori cherishes time with her wonderful family, which includes her three daughters, one son, and four grandsons. When she's not at the office, you can often find Lori enjoying the outdoors, tending to her flower beds in the yard, or enthusiastically watching Emma and Jesse compete with their horses. We're so happy to have Lori's expertise and warm personality as part of the Kumler Collision team!

Meet Ryan Davis. This Illinois native is a former officer, dad of two beautiful little daughters and a husband of five years to his best friend and wife, Allie. Ryan’s faith is a huge part of his life too and on Sunday mornings you can find him at Pleasant Chapel Church of God. Outside of estimating wrecked vehicles and easing customers’ frustrations, you can find Ryan caring for his goats, chickens and ducks at his hobby farm. When it comes to getting grub, Ryan’s first pick would be a chicken bacon ranch pizza from Shirky’s, hands down. When it comes to hobbies, Ryan enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, but especially enjoys playing on his church softball team. We hit a home run with Ryan 2.5 years ago and we are so grateful to have him on our team.

When Sierra’s not providing excellent customer service and giving the Kumler Automotive team a run for their money, she enjoys loving on her two boys as well as attending comedy shows. The way to her heart? Besides Mexican cuisine and some Thai chili wings, attending car shows or racing events with Ryan and the boys is sure to make her day. Thank you, Sierra, for being a dedicated, servant leader for the last 10 years at Kumler Automotive. We are so glad you chose our team.
