I've been coming to Kumler Automotive for seven years now, and I am very satisfied with both the customer service and the knowledge of the mechanics. I also appreciate that when my car needs work that will take quite a long time, I can get a loaner car for the day. When I wait on my car-- which is most of the time-- the waiting room is clean and comfortable. I appreciate that.

Called Kumler to have some repair work done on my vehicle and they were able to schedule me for the next day. A loaner car was provided, free of charge, while work was being done on my car. I was told upfront what repairs should be done and what were not necessary at this time. Very happy with the service.

Appreciated service since I dropped in late in the afternoon with an issue. Thankful you were able to analyze and fix my problem then and there. Even though I have been told (by well wishing friends) that I could have gotten by with paying less, elsewhere, the fact that the problem was taken care of and I did not have to lose a day of work was priceless to me.
