I had my 2007 Honda CRV in for oil/filter change, rotate tires and check the exhaust (loud). Kumler called and completed everything except the exhaust. They suggested to go to Tuffy to save money to have part of it cut out and replaced. Other mechanics would have just asked to replace the whole system. Kumler is an excellent automotive repair shop and will give you the best deal. Love them!!! Julann R Ohl

I had my vehicle taking to Kumler, which I've done several times. Usually a wonderful experience. This time though I was instructed that work would begin on Nov. 5th and should expect work to be completed by the 12th. Here it is the 26th of this month and still no car. I've contacted them several times and have been given various reasons why still not done. Was told someone would keep me updated, but haven't received any correspondence from there side. Obviously this is a very reputable shop but unfortunately will be the last time I choose to use their services. Seem to lack customer service skills

I have entrusted my vehicles with Kumler since 1984+- and never been disappointed. Any new car has never been back to the dealer because of the excellent service, quality workand dependability. Very seldom have I been in the body shop, but everything and all maintenance has been done in the service/repair shop. Everything has been done to satisfaction.

We are not happy the van has been in there hand 3 time and it is still not fixed. We feel like they are giving us the run around. We new the starter was what needed fixed. But they fixed a relay then went 2 months later and it was a bad wire tried to charge us $97 umm no way. So guess what back again NOW they want to charge us 500 to fix the starter

This is the 2nd time I've used them in the past couple of years (neither accident was my fault). They do excellent work and are extremely easy to work with. Both times my insurance company dropped the ball on having my rental vehicle lined up, but Kumler took care of everything with one of their own and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I will continue to give them my business in the future, I just hope I won't have to.

Once again, Kumler Automotive provided excellent service as I specifically requested for my vehicle. They also went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for any issues that I might not have been aware of and they advised me as applicable of any other maintenance items that may need attention, now or in the near future. I know that I can always trust Kumler Automotive to do the right thing when performing work on any of my vehicles, plus the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, which is just another reason why I've remained a loyal customer for many years.
