Very professional and polite service. I’ve been to Kumler twice. Once for an emergency about 10 years ago, and most recently for some preventive maintenance. It’s a great place to have your car serviced. I’m not a big fan of dealership service centers, and I normally do basic service and repairs myself, but I can’t fix everything myself. Kumler is my choice for those instances.

THANKS KUMLER! We took my wife's Honda Civic in to get the rear brake rotors/pads replaced and to have them check a couple other repairs that the Honda dealership told us needed done along with a $1465 estimate. A couple hours after dropping off the car i got a phone call from the guy in charge (i think his name is Howie?) and he informed me that all the car needed was back brake pads and rotors and said "honestly i could not sell you the other parts they told you needed replaced because it's not necessary right now" HONEST-QUALITY work is why i will be taking our vehicles to Kumler from now on. THANKS!

Using Kumler was an amazing experience. Not only were they the only shop able to get my car looked at but they were able to have it back to me in less than a week. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever need be.

Always friendly from the front desk to the front door. Responsive to questions. (Provided a car to drive on a previous visit) Incidentally this time I brought my bike, because Kumler did business through a window behind a table. Because of COVID-19 they were taking every precaution. On my way down the hill, as I passed the Kumler auto body location, my left pedal assembly completely dropped off. I put my mask on and went into the building to ask for assistance. A man from the front office came out, took my bike inside while I waited and reattached the pedal assembly. I offered him a five dollar bill, but he wouldn't take it. I mention this out of appreciation for a demonstration of people who care. Thanks again. Rich
