We have been very pleased with the service. Kumler properly diagnosed a problem with a headlight and corrected it. When we have brought the car in for periodic service they have been thorough in checking the car and providing recommendations. Their recommendations are always reasonable and not unexpected, such as for new tires.

We had always had our Subaru serviced at a dealer, but had just moved to this area and were at first concerned because the closest Subaru dealer was about an hour away. Kumler though has shown that they are able to service our car at least as well, if not better than the dealer. We are very pleased with their service. We also greatly appreciate their offer of a loaner vehicle when our car is in their shop since we have only one car.
