Totally trustworthy and respectful! Howie, Sierra, and the team are always professional and courteous. They have taken care of all our cars for over 10 years. They are reasonable when discussing things that are starting to look like they will need to be worked on and I trust when they tell me something needs to be fixed right away or can wait. There is no pressure to fix something immediately unless it's an emergency. I highly recommend Howie's team!

Love, Love, Love my new tires installed today. We became Kumler cutomers 5 years ago after our previous mechanic performed an oil change and rotated my tires, and only tightened the lug nuts with his fingers, failing to go back and use the power drill. Kumler came to the rescue when our mechanic wouldn't, having the tires leaning on Rt. 33. Lancaster is lucky to have such an honest and dependable mechanic garage. Howie and Sierra Howie and Sierra, and the entire crew are always courteous and professional, and we would never even consider taking our cars and truck anywhere else. If you haven't given them a try, you really need to, they are the best.

Always friendly and on time

All of the staff on the mechanics side are friendly, nice and very helpful. I havn't dealt with the autobody side before. I have never had any issues bringing in vehicles, they always get the work needed done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend them if you need some work done on your vehicles.
